Greenway Transportation Planning

Promoting Sustainable Mobility

Services | Pedestrian and Bicycle Planning

At Greenway we strive to reduce mobility impacts on the natural environment. Bicycle and pedestrian planning is a cornerstone of this effort.

Our planning expertise is committed to providing accessible right of way, and promoting the “complete streets” philosophy and alternatives to single-person auto travel. From personal travel plans to campus-wide strategies, we seek to maximize the benefits of cycling and walking.

We offer accessible transportation consulting services including public right-of-way accessibility audits, group or personal travel training, Safe Routes to School programs and League of American Bicyclist-certified cycling instruction.

We also offer assessment of pedestrian circulation requirements within and around complex buildings such as schools, railway stations, airports, shopping malls/districts, museums and stadiums. See our sample pedestrians and cyclists interaction simulation video below using Viswalk
